Claudio Flores Thomas, a social communications expert with over 17 years of experience, holds a Cum Laude PhD in Journalism and Communications Science from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, an MA in Communications from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and a BA in Communications from the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana Xochimilco, in Mexico City, where he was awarded the University’s Medal of Merit.
Claudio specializes in Public Opinion and Market Research, with particular emphasis on qualitative research and methodology. He has ample experience in advertising and image evaluation, branding, creative concepts testing, and political campaign strategy enhancement, among others. His experience spans many industries, such as health, tourism, public sector, and agrochemicals.
At present, Claudio sits on the Board of the Mexican Association of Research Agencies (AMAI) as Communications Committee coordinator.
He is based in the Mexico City office.
